Middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez retained the title with a unanimous decision win over Daniel Jacobs this weekend. As is often the case with big Canelo fights, opinions are divided regarding how the fight should have been scored and so forth. And then there's the matter of where he goes from here.

It's been a while, but we can't keep ourselves away from boxing history.
This week on Knuckles and Gloves Boxing Radio, CompuBox operator and history-phile Aris Pina joins boxing historian Patrick Connor in remembering fighters who challenged themselves and went out looking for new skirmishes.
Unfortunately former featherweight champion Eusebio Pedroza passed away after a battle with cancer recently, warranting a tribute.

Morrison was an intriguing and ultimately tragic figure in boxing, and perhaps farther back into his career than many previously though.
